Product Details:

The green building wallboard curing kiln is to store the concrete components in the curing kiln, and make the setting strength of the cement components meet the requirements through several stages such as standing, heating, constant temperature and cooling.

Product Features:

It is composed of kiln body, steam system (or radiator system), temperature control system. The specific number of curing position is set according to the production demand. Its basic structure is as follows:

(1)The curing kiln is composed of 48 holes with 6 layers of curing positions, of which 2 are in and out conveying positions and the rest of 46 holes are curing positions, and the curing kiln is provided with insulation doors;

(2)The curing kiln adopts steel structure support, and rollers are installed in the kiln for conveying and supporting the formwork; The maintenance temperature control system includes electrical control system (central controller, control cabinet), hot air circulation device, temperature sensor, etc. It can adapt to different curing processes according to needs.

Performance Parameters:

The body of the three-dimensional curing kiln is a frame composed of profile steel. The frame is equipped with supporting wheels, which are of modular design. The external wall of the kiln body is assembled with thermal insulation materials, and each column constitutes an independent maintenance space, which can control the temperature of each hole. In the three-dimensional curing kiln, the mold passes through several stages such as standing, heating, constant temperature and cooling to make the setting strength of prefabricated components meet the design requirements. The bottom of the kiln body is provided with two in and out ground roller tables, and the formwork can pass along the ground roller table. The central controller adopts industrial computer and friendly operation interface, which is convenient for human-machine interaction and suitable for site use.

The curing kiln has relatively perfect functions, including parameter setting of process temperature, such as setting of temperature gradient and maximum temperature, recording curve or report of real-time temperature, report printing function of data and  playback of historical real-time recorded temperature, etc.

The control cabinet is composed of PLC and industrial dedicated temperature controller, multi-point temperature sensor, humidity sensor, multi-channel digital and analog signal input module. After receiving the process parameters of the host computer, a closed-loop control system can be formed by itself. According to the temperature signals of different positions collected by the multi-point temperature sensors arranged in the curing kiln, the steam curing valve can be automatically adjusted to form a temperature environment that meets the requirements of temperature gradient and has no temperature step change in the steam curing kiln.

The stacker will send the vibrated and compacted cement components and molds to the designated position of the three-dimensional curing kiln, take the cured cement components and molds out of the curing kiln, return them to the production line and transport them to the designated demoulding position.

The stacker is composed of traveling system, main frame, lifting system, hanging plate conveying frame, a mold taking/conveying mechanism, longitudinal positioning mechanism, lateral positioning mechanism, and electrical system.

Stacker: The horizontal traveling is driven by variable frequency braking motor. The horizontal traveling is equipped with rail clamping guide device and horizontal positioning device to ensure the accuracy of the horizontal traveling. The accuracy of the repeated positions of the stacker and the curing kiln remains unchanged. The mold platen accessing machine moves to the position where the mold is to be removed. First, the mold taking mechanism stretches out, hooks the mold to expand and retract, pulls the mold to the position where the hanging plate conveying frame can drive the mold, and then the hanging plate conveying frame drives the mold platen. After it is in place, the conveying frame falls down, and the mold platen accessing machine moves horizontally to the opposite mold removal station and sends it to the demoulding station.
